The story of the 2021 harvest is, just like 2019, quite short.
After a bumper harvest in 2020 the trees decided to have a rest and not produce enough fruit for a harvest.
We just had two make the oil from 2020 last just that bit longer. In fact with brilliant timing we used the last of it in the week of the 2022 harvest. Perfect.
